Registration Process
An application for registration (Which is a attached to the prospectus) is the first stage of admissions process. Admission is open to all, irrespective of class, Creed and community. The college is secular minority institution, aimed at to promote understanding and goodwill between citizens of India. A Registration fee must be deposited along with the application form so that the child’s name may be registered for the year and class for which admission is sought. The fee is neither refundable nor adjustable and it is valid only for the specified academic year.
Admission Procedure
Every child registered for admission from class Ist to XI is expected to appear for an entrance examination at the college particulars of these examinations are informed by the college to parents well in advance. However, admissions for PNS English Medium PNS (Eng-Hindi)Mediumis on first come first served basis. The admission of a ward in the college is on the understanding and Legal reason, that his parents or guardian delegate authority to the principal for dealing the ward during the session. The college reserves the right of refusing admission without assigning any reason. The rules are subject to any change at the discretion of the college administration. The admission of a student will mean acceptance by the parents of all the college rules in force or as amended from time to time.

Admission Procedure
- Admission to any class will be done on the order of merit and subject to the number of seats available in a particular class.
- For admission in class Nursery to UKG, Date of Birth Certificate must be produced and a photocopy of it should be self-attested.
- Admission to Class 1st and above on the basis of transfer certificate. Registration of a child is not a guarantee for admission in the school.
- Admission will be done on the basis of an Entrance Test conducted on the fixed date. Students are therefore advised to find out the date of the test from the school office in advance.
- Pupils are not admitted to any class until an Entrance Test is conducted. The right to admit them to those classes for which they have been found fit is entirely reserved to the Principal / Controller. The selected students should seek admission within a week.
- The Management reserves the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school.
- Students from other schools who seek admission are required to bring with them the Transfer Certificate (T.C.), Character Certificate, Result Card, and Attendance Certificate. Without the T.C., there will be no admission. The T.C. must be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools or the Head of the respective board for those students who come from another district.
- At the time of admission, the Birth Certificate from the municipal corporation/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat must be submitted. The date of birth, once entered, will remain unaltered.
- A recent Medical Health/Fitness Certificate by a registered MBBS doctor should be submitted along with the admission form.
The Academic Year
The academic year begins in April and lasts till the end of March. It consists of two terms:
- (a) April to October and
- (b) November to March.
In case of any change in the above dates, the exact date of the reopening and closing of the academy will be notified in time to the Parents/Guardians.
The School Hours
During Summer - 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
During Winters - 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Every Friday the school will be over at 11:55 a.m. due to Namaz-E-Juma. The management of the school has decided that no leave is permissible on Friday (except for any unforeseen occurrence, Khuda Na Khawsta). Otherwise, a fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged by their wards.
On the second Saturday, the parents-teacher meeting will be held. If due to examination or any other important reason the meeting cannot be held on the second Saturday, another appropriate day will be fixed. Parents are expected to come with their wards to meet the teachers and discuss matters related to their studies and formation.
Complaints / Other Issues
Complaints, if any, must be submitted in writing to the Principal/Controller. Please note that access to staff and classrooms without the Principal's permission is strictly forbidden.
Telephoning and visiting members of the staff within the school campus or outside, in connection with children's studies, is strictly forbidden.
