Sir syed Montessori School was founded in 1983 by Alhaj Hakeem Sayeed Ahmad khan with a humble beginning in a small building at pul kambohan, Saharanpur. The School has shifted to its present location in 1985. The school was upgraded upto viii Class in 1987 and then secured recognisation from U.P. Board Allahabad upto X Standard as sir Syed Memorial High School.

Now School has four storyed building in about 2200 sq. yard ground under the supervision of Alhaj Hakeem Sayeed Ahmad Khan Memorial Educational Trust (Regd.) & Managed by Sir Syed Educational Society (Regd.)
